last week,

olive, calder and i met virginia (gin-yah) for a nice, long, walk in the woods.

walking 5 corgi's and 2, four year olds can be a bit challenging...

but i'm thinking we may have it down to a science!

....

we are getting REALLy excited about 'loft living'
our new building has 4 levels:

a 5,000 square foot basement which will be used for stOrage
(hoping to turn this space into a sweet 'media room' someday!)

a 5,000 square foot store-front which we will rent out to fund utilities and some Montessori school tuition!

a 5,000 lOft space, no walls, this will be our 'home'

and last but not least, a 5,000 square foot studio space which will serve as our painting and photography studios....and i'm pretty sure we will set our 'rainbow play system' up in the middle for the kiddos!

each level is big and open, there are no walls!

i love collecting 'loft' ideas on my pinterest ....looking forward to future adventures we will have there!
